Welcome to Wrights Honey. These terms apply to your use of and any purchase you make. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
Wrights Honey is a New Zealand family business selling raw Manuka and other honey. Reach us at wrightshoneysales@gmail.com.
2. Using our site
You agree to give accurate account and order information and to use the site lawfully. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
3. Products and pricing
We describe our products and prices as accurately as we can. Honey is natural, so colour, texture, and taste vary between batches. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping so you can confirm or cancel.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we've received it, not that we've accepted it. Acceptance happens when we ship. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider, and we don't store your full card details.
5. Shipping
We ship in line with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers and other factors outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
Covered by our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. Subscriptions
If you subscribe, our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains billing, changes, and cancellation.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you buy as a consumer, those rights apply regardless of anything stated in these terms.
9. Our content
The text, images, logos, and branding on this site belong to Wrights Honey and may not be used without our permission.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site or products. This doesn't affect your consumer guarantees above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
