We want your honey to reach you safely and on time. Here's how we handle shipping.

Where we ship
We ship across New Zealand. 

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, then a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, NZ orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses can take a little longer.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Couriers, weather, and busy periods can cause delays outside our control. If your order seems lost or badly delayed, email us and we'll chase it.
