We want you to love your Wrights Honey. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong order
If your honey arrives damaged or leaking, or you've received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where it applies. This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Change of mind
Because honey is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars for health and safety reasons. If you've changed your mind on an unopened jar, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost and the jar must be unopened and in original condition. Once we receive it, we'll refund the product price.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us before your next renewal date.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
